Rental expert

The position
As a rental expert, you are responsible for making contact with potential and existing homeowners of holiday homes. You are reliable and have a targeted approach towards the home owner. You seize a challenge with both hands and you creatively search for opportunities in the market.
The position is a freelance position, which means that you will be paid on a commission basis. There is no fixed salary. You can set your own pace, organise your working hours and work completely independently. Sounds like a dream job, right?
Tasks and responsibilities
- Making contact with new home owners
Visiting the new holiday homes - Drawing up the contract and an overview of the prices and returns
- Implementing the online presentation of the holiday home
- Evaluating and improving the product
- Maintaining an excellent relationship with home owners
Job requirements
- Cold acquisition is a warm blanket for you; experience in a sales role is desired
- Maintaining relationships is your second nature
- HBO thinking and working level, affinity with tourism
- You live in or near your responsible region or country
- You have a good command of the relevant language, both verbally and in writing, and
- you also speak excellent English
- Strong personality, able to conduct commercial negotiations independently
- You are in possession of your own car, laptop and telephone.

Support employee
Due to continuing growth, we are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our team in Alkmaar. Are you communicatively strong, customer-oriented and do you think in solutions? Then read on!What will you be doing?
As a Support employee you are responsible for the contact with our guests. You answer incoming calls, e-mails and other requests with a smile. Besides the customer contact, we find it important that you can think ‘out of the box’ about new developments in the customer journey. In addition, you are a quick thinker about solutions in the field of our systems and you can make improvements in the processes. You will be working in a small organisation where thinking along and being proactive are encouraged!Tasks and responsibilities
- Answering incoming mail and phone calls from customers
- Process incoming bookings
- Communicating with the Sales Agents about upcoming issues
- Setting up a loyalty programme for existing and new customers
- Setting up and improving processes
Function requirements
- MBO working and intellectual level
- Experience in a commercial role or with customer contact
- Some experience in working with VRMS/CRM systems is a plus
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages, German is a plus
- Part-time available

Internship – Marketing/Communications
Poolincluded is an international holiday rental company with now more than 1000 holiday homes in 9 countries. Are you looking for a great team where you can use your creativity and talents in the field of marketing and communication? And would you like to develop yourself into a real marketing expert? Then this internship might be the one for you!
We are looking for a top person to strengthen our driven team in Alkmaar at the marketing department. You do not need to have any experience with online marketing, you can take your first steps with us! A good command of the Dutch language (preferably also English), a creative mind and affinity with travel or tourism is a good addition to this internship. You will be working in an ambitious start-up company where we want to make the company a success together!
Tasks:
- Develop yourself by thinking out of the box
- Strengthen our brand for potential customers
- Create stories that are worth passing on and incorporate them into landing pages and blogs
- Managing social media (creating content and maintaining contacts)
- Ensuring the quality of the offer on the website (writing SEO texts etc.)
- Approaching parties for link building;
- Performing support work for the rest of the online marketing team;
- And of course, contribute your own creative ideas!

Who are we looking for?
A minimum of 24/32 hours per week (hours to be determined in consultation);
You have an intermediate or higher vocational education and are following a study in the direction of (online) marketing/communication
You are a hard worker, punctual, flexible and can work independently;
Interest in online marketing is an advantage;
Affinity with travel/tourism is an advantage.
