Safe booking environment at Snowincluded
We work every day to provide a safe web environment. Prices and availability are constantly updated. If a desired period does not have availability and prices, please contact us and we will be happy to retrieve the prices for you.
As soon as you book, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. In the confirmation mail you will receive information concerning the payment. Subsequently, we will always keep you informed of the correct documentation concerning your holiday. After you have made the full payment, you will receive the voucher including the address of the holiday home and the direct contact details of the home owner no later than two weeks before arrival at the holiday home.
The best prices guaranteed
The holiday homes on Snowincluded have the best and lowest prices. If you have seen a lower price elsewhere, we will compensate
Our prices are all-in prices. This means that additional costs such as energy, cleaning and bed linen are included in the rental price. Exceptions are clearly stated on the website during and subsequently on the confirmation of your booking
Price changes of pre-ordered services and local taxes or charges are for your own account. For example, bicycle rental, tourist tax or environmental levies
All prices include VAT.
Throughout the booking process on the website you can see at a glance what and when you are paying. As soon as you make a definitive booking you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. If something is not right on the confirmation, we ask you to contact us. The following payment conditions apply to all our holiday homes. Any exceptions will be visible on the website at the relevant holiday home.
If you book more than 8 weeks before arrival, the following payment terms apply:
– When booking, you pay 30% of the total sum
– No later than 8 weeks before arrival, you pay the remaining 70% of the total sum + the other costs such as the damage insurance
If you book within 8 weeks of your arrival, you will pay the full amount immediately.
Other payment conditions:
If you forget to pay, we will first send you a reminder. If you still do not pay on time, we will cancel the reservation. We will always tell you this in advance. If you pay by credit card, the money will be debited immediately at the time of payment.
Have you changed your mind? You can cancel or change your booking within 24 hours at no extra cost. We will ensure that you receive a new booking or your money back.
Cancellation of booking
Cancelling your holiday is always a nuisance, for whatever reason. The rules below clarify which part of the travel sum you are obliged to pay. Our advice: take out cancellation insurance so that the part you have to pay is reimbursed, provided you have a valid reason such as illness or dismissal.
- In case of cancellation 30 or more days before arrival, you can cancel the holiday free of charge and receive a full refund on your account.
In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival you will have to pay us (this will be compensated by the cancellation insurance)
– Within 29 days and 15 days before arrival, you owe 85% of the travel sum + booking fee. We will refund the remaining 15%
– From 14 days before arrival, you will owe 100% of the travel sum + booking fees. This is equal to the amount you have paid
– Cancellation during the stay: with cancellation insurance, you are entitled to partial reimbursement (for the part you cannot stay). Premature departure without notice or consultation does not entitle you to compensation. As soon as you have cancelled, we will send you the invoice with the amount due, which you can submit to the insurance company. If you have cancellation insurance through us, we will be happy to arrange this for you quickly!
The holiday homes are all maintained in good condition. Is there something wrong with them? Then of course we will do everything to solve it. In doing so, we always follow the law. Unless we think that is not enough: then we do more and follow our own compass.
In case of changes (or improvements), we will inform you immediately.
If any inconvenience arises, we will offer you reasonable compensation.
Should an accommodation not be available or usable, you will be offered an equivalent or better alternative. Everything for a pleasant stay.
In extreme cases, we will refund your money, but never more than the amount paid.
Also in case of force majeure, we will still try to meet you, always in consultation and in all reasonableness.
